Our Infant Program provides developmentally age appropriate activities in an environment that promotes personal, social, physical, cognitive and language development. Children’s needs are addressed individually keeping in mind that every child is different and that they develop at their own pace. The daily schedule includes activities that foster gross motor skills through crawling, rolling and tummy time, language development through reading time, playing with puppets as well as great child-teacher interactions, exploration of nature during outside time and also provides a sensory-rich environment where infants can explore and make new discoveries. Our teachers also make sure to communicate with you regarding your child’s experiences by providing a daily report for each child with all the details you need to know! It includes the basics such as your child’s eating, diapering and sleeping schedule, along with fun and informative details regarding his or her activities for the day.
The children will be introduced to a variety of lessons throughout the year. The thematic lessons include: Learning about myself, Enjoying People Who Love and care for Me, Exploring my world, Discovering God’s Natural World, Expanding My world.
